Bridget's Puppies

Last May, Canine Partners of the Rockies whelped a litter of future service dogs. Bridget, a beautiful Golden Retriever, was "borrowed" from another organization and was transported to Colorado to have a litter for CaPR. The stud was an equally handsome Black Labrador Retriever named Jammer. CaPR welcomed a litter of nine pups! Seven of them were placed in CaPR's puppy raising program to be trained. These puppies are all still in our training program and have grown so much! We look forward to seeing these pups in training become a Canine Partner to someone with a disability, so they can help with opening doors, turning on light switches, helping them get dressed, and much more.

Visit Bridget's Puppies blog at http://www.bridgetpuppies.blogspot.com/ to see how these young puppies developed and began stimulation training early on.
